We are IP Strategists. We come up with strategies for your company to fully exploit your intellectual assets. Our depth of experience in various fields from law to finance and business give us an edge. We have actually been there and done it, not just advised from the sidelines so we speak from experience.

We are IP Managers. Outsource your IP management to us. We can act on your behalf as a one stop shop for all things IP. From helping you implement an IP strategy in your company, training your staff, working with your lawyers, valuers, or any other parties, we offer great value for money. Hiring a team of equivalent experience and qualifications would cost several times more.

We work flexibly either on a project basis or on a retainer basis and while we have packages below, we can mix and match elements depending on what your particular business needs.

Basic:
We work to scope your IP and draw up a strategy for you to exploit it. This usually involves an audit, if you have not already done one, of your intellectual assets. Followed by drawing up an IP strategy and game plan for implementation.

Plus:
At the plus level, we will examine more deeply the markets in which you operate to identify the probable threats and opportunities and recommend an overarching strategy for your business to deal with these for the medium term. In addition we will conduct workshops for your staff to ensure your employees are on the same page so that your IP strategy can be effectively implemented.

At a fraction of what it would cost to hire full time experts, outsource your intellectual asset management instead to IPR-X and receive the full benefit of highly qualified professionals handling your "invisible gold".

This on-going service is meant for companies who have reached a level of development where they already have an ongoing business but do not think they yet have enough intellectual property to justify hiring a full time IP manager. However they would benefit from having an IP specialist manage it for them.

The IP Manager service will provide you with a manager who manages your IP for you, handling any liaison work with your lawyers, tax advisors or other professionals. The IP manager provides a one stop shop service in this respect in return for a retainer. We would be happy to work with your existing counsel or make recommendations if you do not already have preferred professionals.

This is a variation of the IP manager service where the IP Manager will focus on your IP related matters as well as how to organise your financial matters to ensure your financial structure effectively maximises the value of your intellectual property.

While much of this can be covered in the strategy section, some companies may prefer to have specialists in the area come in on a more regular basis. This enables the company to more fully reap the benefits from a long term sustained implementation covering more aspects of the company’s structure. This helps to ensure the company’s intellectual assets truly become the cornerstone of the business.
